Kate was great to work with! We were on a very short trip to find an apartment. Kate found only places to see that fit all my requirements. She was very honest about her knowledge of the neighborhoods and her thoughts about whether the property was a good one or not. She never tried to pressure us into considering something we didn’t like. When our first day produced no leads, she quickly put together another list of possibilities for day two which was a success! She was extremely prompt in returning all emails and text messages, and she continued to help us through the final steps of the lease and setting up utilities. We plan to work with Kate again in the future!

Kate was working on my behalf. She was a no-nonsense assistant in finding the home that we wanted on (actually under) budget and within a tight timeframe. She even worked us through the beginning of the COVID outbreak. She was listening to what we were saying and what we weren’t saying. She was honest about the properties she showed us and was helpful in considering things that we hadn’t even thought of. One outstanding example: We’d seen 9 houses and didn’t find what we were looking for. At the end of the 9th house visit, we sat on the stoop with Kate and explained that we wanted to change our search a bit. Within an hour, we had 8 new houses to consider! She was just OUTSTANDING!
