Kate was working on my behalf. She was a no-nonsense assistant in finding the home that we wanted on (actually under) budget and within a tight timeframe. She even worked us through the beginning of the COVID outbreak. She was listening to what we were saying and what we weren’t saying. She was honest about the properties she showed us and was helpful in considering things that we hadn’t even thought of. One outstanding example: We’d seen 9 houses and didn’t find what we were looking for.
